Carissa has been in the mortgage banking industry for 22 years. She began her career as a loan processor, creating seamless transactions for customers. She also has experience in real estate closing, escrow servicing, construction loans and more. In addition, Carissa has extensive knowledge and experience in purchases as well as refinances including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and MHFA Start Up and Step Up down payment assistance loan types.

Carissa attended Rasmussen College and studied Accounting and Business Management. She volunteers with Junior Achievement and with Greater Mankato Area United Way.

In her spare time, Carissa enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, traveling and experiencing different cultures, being outdoors, crafting and attending sporting events.
