Jenn Faust recently joined Pioneer Bank as Vice President, Treasury Management Officer. With over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, Jenn brings a wealth of expertise to her role, focused on delivering exceptional financial solutions and fostering strong relationships with clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University and is deeply involved in the Greater Mankato community, where she actively contributes her time and talents.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys reading, power walking, gardening, baking, traveling, and entertaining. Known for her high energy, positive attitude, and love for collaboration, she approaches every opportunity with a "glass half full" mindset. Passionate about serving others, Jennifer thrives in environments where she can negotiate, collaborate, and have fun.

Jennifer resides in Mankato with her husband, Scott, and their son, Parker.
